Dial By Lastname?

I can't seem to find it, but want to test a dial by name option (if it's included in this)???

Dial by last name mean you can dial a persons extension by his last name i.e. the last name entered at the time of creating extesion form. you can dial that last name and it will ring on the person's extension with the respective last name.

That option is available when you configure a Digital Receptionist. It should be an option for one of the number assignements ("press 1 for to dial by last name").
