Dial by Name - Announce on Transfer

When you use Dial by Name, it accepts your key presses, but when transfering there is no announcement of who the system chose to transfer you to!

Our old PBX would say "transfering to Bob Smith".....

or give you the option of selecting:
There is no exact match, please select from the following:
For Bob Smith Press 1
For Tom Smith Press 2

Anyway to make that work? :idea:

The 2nd senario you mentioned does happen now. You are presented with a list and hit 1 or 2.

The first sounds like a feature request ( post on ideascale and update here with a link).
