Dial by name, change from 3 digits to 4 digits

How can I change the system to force users to dial 4 digits for the dial by name from 3 digits? I've recorded new prompts and changed the parameters to what's showing below. After restarting the system and trying it out, it doesn't appear to have taken any of the changes. System still asks for 3 digits. Any ideas?

I was not aware that you can change this value. I'll be interested to hear what others say.

This is not supported.
After changing the minlen value and restarting the IVR service it will indeed wait for 4 letters but the problem is that the voice prompts are static and will always ask for 3 letters.
So you'll need to clone a standard prompt set, select it and re-record two prompts. Then use this created prompt set for the DR.
