Is it possible to use dial codes with BLFs on an attendant console?
For example, we have Cisco SPA-514g phones with the 500DS attendant console, with all the extensions on it. If I wanted to call their voicemail, I dial *4 and then the extension.
Is it possible to be able to dial *4, then hit the BLF for the extension, and go to their voicemail? Same thing with things like paging with *64.
