Dial from 3CX Windows Application from Desk Phone

Our sales people want to use a real phone, however when calling numbers like the copy/paste approach you can do with the 3cx app.

Is it possible to make the 3cx windows app to make the call from the desk phone rather than from the softphone itself?

You just need it in CTI mode instead of softphone.

You can set the default setting, within Management, Edit phone extension, Phone Provisioning , Select the 3CX client - Call Control , select IP Phone.

Note : deskphone needs to support CTI mode.
