Dial-in users are unable to connect to the webmeeting on 3CX 16.0.4.504. They are dumped into the infinite music on hold after saying their names. Other users are able to connect without issue.
I saw another posting on the forum that someone else had experienced the same issue when creating meetings from the 3CX Mac OS client (as I am doing).
Is this a known issue and if so, is the workaround to create meetings using the web client? Does the iOS client work?
I have checked all ports and firewall is open.
Thanks!

Hi @jordan

The webmeeting bridge relies on the ability of the PBX to contact the MCUs via the audioport range below and over 443 (outgoing - no need to forward just don't block)
https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/

I would suggest to start with the firewall checker, and also ensure you are not geoblocking on the firewall as this may allow the test to pass, but ultimately fail when the time comes to talk to the MCU and bridge your dial in callers with the webclient callers

Have you gotten this to work? I'm in the exact same boat; system passes all firewall tests, but callers are stuck on hold because the webmeeting bridge isn't connecting the call.
