Hi,
Incoming calls work OK
Outgoing calls fail with above message

I searched internet for solution and seems like I need to allow a country code in Settings-Security, only I do not see a Security option under Settings. The only user is the one created upon installation so I think it has all privileges. 787 is Puerto Rico Area Code so as far as Twilio is concerned I should dial +1787xxxyyyy to process the call.

E.164 processing is disabled and I have a single Outbound Rule:
Calls staring with prefix: 787
Route 1 : Twilio SIP Trunk
Strip Digits: 0
Prepend: +1

What do I need to change to allow this calls to go through?
Thanks

Allowed the country code? Would be under North America since it is +1

Thanks Kevin,

It was steering at me and did not see it!

Yes it is under North America, The problem was I am using V18 and Security was apparetnly moved from under Settings in previous versions (I guess) to its own option and I did not see it. All postings referenced Settings-Security.

Working now. Thanks a lot for such a quick reply!

NP, some other things changed on V18 and just take a little longer to find things until your used to it!
