Solved Dialer does not show Status

Hello again!
When someone picks up a phone call, my Dialer does not change the status from Green to Yellow.
The status correctly shows on the Panel.
See attached for real-time capture of this.
Jen 102 is on a call, but the Dialer shows her as Green.
Help please!

Hello ,

Is your BLF set as a 'BLF' key or a speed dial key ?


Cause the BLF one will change but not the speed dial one:
