Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to monitor my dialer script on 3CX V20 to ensure that it is running properly and to receive notifications (via Zabbix, for example) if it stops.

Using the API, I'm only able to retrieve the script status, such as whether the compilation succeeded.

Is there any way to retrieve a value or status indicating that the script is currently running?

In addition, I'd like to know whether it is possible to automatically start the dialer when 3CX starts up, so that it resumes operation without any manual intervention after a server or 3CX service restart.

No, there is nothing available out of the box, this is something that you would need to develop in the script itself, for example posting a keep alive somewhere, and the module that receives these can trigger an alert if it's not received after X seconds.

No, this is not possible either. So with any services restart your dialer will stop and you will need to manually start it again.
