Solved Dialing a contact with a number starting with + (plus) sign for country code

How can we dial a contact with a number starting with + (plus) sign for country code on the Android 3CX softphone application and have the 3CX PBX system strip the prefix + (plus) sign?​

Check your E164 settings - under Settings

Just want to add that, from the two options @Saqqara mentioned, we recommend using the Outbound Rules to reformat these numbers which will give you a bit more control.
