We have a hosted 32SC instance whereby a single extension, 2008 suddenly can't receive extension to extension calls. When any extension calls 2008 it will ring once then plays a message indicating that the number from which you are calling was classified as Spam and you need to remove it from the Spam list. It says you can press 1 to be transferred to report that your number is okay but nothing happens. This only occurs from any extension to ext 2008. There is a DID associated with 2008 but if you dial the DID from a cell phone ext 2008 acts normal. Also ext 2008 can call any extension no problem. We have factory reset and reprovisioned the phone, removed the phone and just used the app, same behavior. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!

I suggest you review the event and wireshark logs of such a call since it can be easily reproduced. Then you can open a support ticket

We are getting the exact same issue with several of our tenants as well. Did 3CX support give you a fix?

Nevermind, I found the issue. The extension had 'ring my mobile simultaneously'. When I disabled that, the error went away.
