Dialing out to Alphanumeric Caller Id to an Internal Trunk

HI,

I'm trying to dial an outbound call using MakeCall Call Control API to an alphanumeric caller Id. For some reason, call is not getting connected to the 2nd leg. I tried writing outbound rules as well, but no luck. Any specific reason for this?

PS: We can see alphanumeric Caller Id for Inbound calls though.

Sorry guys, I didn't received Insert event as trunk didnt respond to INVITE. There is no issue in dialing to alphanumberic
