Solved Dialling 01162 in UK denied

Hi

Can anyone help, I'm dialling 01162xxxxxx from the UK and 01162 is a valid STD (Area) code for Leicester, but the 3cx denies this call with the error;

"09/02/2020 10:32:39 AM - Dialed number (011626xxxxx) belongs to forbidden country (blocked country code = 01162) "

I can't see any Country code that is 01162 ?

Any help would be very welcome !

Hi Rick,

011 happens to match with the dial code for USA, and I imagine you do not have USA in your allowed country codes (calls to that destination are blocked)

In your PBX Settings under E164, you need to make sure the correct country is selected (UK)
