DialPad view sort order

Can someone tell me what the sort order is for the presence view of extensions on the dial pad view of the windows soft client v15? And is it configurable?

The presence view in the dial pad is, in fact, a brief mirror of the one in Switchboard. Therefore, in the Switchboard window, open the Switchboard Settings and there configure the sort order - extension/first name last name/last name first name - then press OK.

I attempted your suggestion and orderd by lastname/firstname it appears not to have any affect on the dial pad presence view. The view does not appear to be sorted in any particular order. I've attached a view of my client so that you can see what I'm experiencing. Thank you
