Dialplan on Yealink T29G

How do you get the dialplan working on the Yealink phones? I have a custom template that is working find except for the dialplan.

dialplan.dialnow.rule.1 = 1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx
dialplan.dialnow.line_id.1 = 1

dialplan.dialnow.rule.2 = [2-9]xxxxxx
dialplan.dialnow.line_id.2 = 1

dialplan.dialnow.rule.3 = 911
dialplan.dialnow.line_id.3 = 1

It worked fine until I upgrade to the latest service pack. Now, if I look at the config for the phone in the console, the dialplan code is missing.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I hate having to hit the send to place a call.
