We have a 3CX V8 phone system, connected to a Patton 4554 ISDN bridge.
I used the 3CX to create a config file which I uploaded to the Patton. Calls in and out worked 1st time, however;
Incoming calls are working and we can see call originators number, but I can't see the DID in the 3CX logs and the inbound rules are not firing as they don't know what number was dialled.
What should I look for?
