OK am not a 3cx guru but not my first install either.

System is hosted with 3cx, skytel is my SIP provider

added a second number and that is supposed to DID to extension 12 on my system.

Cannot get it to work, if you call the second number it just rings through on the main line, turned verbose logging on and it shows second number as inbound number.

Have done the following:
Set inbound rule Type DID , second number, office routing to ext 12 - No luck
Created a second Trunk using that number and used that for inbound rules same as above - No Luck
Went into users and set a DID - no luck

On skytel routing method is USERNAME

Since I am a MS guy I did what every MS guy does when something doesn't work - restarted all the services - no luck

Am out of ideas - am I missing something?

THx John

Did exactly as the guide states - except haven't enabled SMS yet

Not sure what you mean by format, created a second trunk for the second number,

before that I added the second DID under the main trunk - DID - Add Single DID (Since removed as I added a new trunk for the second number)

I suggest removing the second tunk and adding the DID back to the first in E164 format. +1234567890, for example, and create the inbound rule for the DID to route to Ext 12.

Well that worked - weird because that is how I did it at first.

THanks for your Help - You rock!
