Hi,

I bought a DID - Pay Per Minute line from Callcentric. I set it up in 3CX but once I tried the line, an automated message says that the person that I'm calling is currently unavailable.

Am I missing a step either on the CallCentric configuration or 3CX?

I would appreciate any help on the matter.

Best.

Hi, please check the main trunk number and validate it is in international format. For example if your number is 1(777)881-1960, it should be entered as 17778811960.

Please check this guide for more info.

Yes it is. I read the guide but I can't find the issue.

are you able to make outbound calls or is the issue only with the inbound calls? also check that you have setup your office hours and the routing for the incoming calls.

if you don't mind the question could you please tell me where is the routing for the incoming calls?

First access to office hours and set your hours for example

then select your DID and configure the routing

Thank you for the thoroughness. Yes, I've done all of that. When I log onto my CallCentric, I can see on the right column inbound and outbound calls triggered, but as I said when I call from my personal carrier line to the DID number, I get the message described earlier.
I can make phone calls to other Callcentric numbers but I'm not able to call numbers with other carriers.

The number I got from Callcentric is a DID - Pay Per Minute with the area code that belongs to the place where I'm at.

I'm afraid you will need to enter in contact with callcentric so they can check your account and numbers.

Thank you.

No problem, have a good one!

Hello, I have a question, if you can help me, please. How can I set up an IVR with office hours from 9 AM to 6 PM? I can't find the options you mentioned above to assign office hours and assign DID.

The thing is, I don't understand how to make an inbound rule in v20. Like, how can I route the call first to an IVR with a welcome prompt, then route it to a queue?
