Hello, I'm fairly new to 3CX and am having trouble getting DIDs to work. I have the DID added to the SIP trunk, and have created an Inbound Rule whereby that DID should route to a particular extension (1005). However, the DID rings the extension of the main trunk number (8000). I did a verbose log of it and found these lines:

05/20/2021 2:55:20 PM - [CM503012]: Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for 10000 forwards to DN:8000
05/20/2021 2:55:20 PM - [Flow] No office hours set, office hours assumed

8000 is the Ring Group extension that the main trunk number routes to, so is that my problem, an office hours rule is forcing it there? I don't think I have office hours set up anywhere, which is why I am confused about that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your DIDs are entered in the correct format. If your provider sends in E164 format (+ code), you need the DIDs entered as such.

A workaround to avoid this is to put the DIDs with a "*" at the beginning. So, instead of entering "+15551239876", you can enter only "*1239876" and it will match whatever the prefix is.

Thank you so much, that worked!
