Solved Die Chatfunktion auf zwei verschiedenen Webseiten Integrieren ?

Ich habe die Chatfunktion einmal auf einer von WordPress erstellten Seite integriert, funktioniert einwandfrei und auf einer Shop-Seite mit HTML-Code-Shnipped. Mir zeigt es auf der Shop-Seite den Button an, aber er funktioniert nicht. Was habe ich da übersehen?

Hello, I only positioned the chat widget once but on two different pages. once at www.hvisionag.com with Word Press and once I used the htlm code for the shop page www.proenergetic.ch Now the problem is that the chat widget is there on www.proenergetic.ch but it is slightly faded and it you don't act.

It seems you have some issues with the configuration in there :

Okay, thanks for the hint. Does that mean the problem is with the shop provider or with our configuration at 3CX?

It seems to be a server-side misconfiguration, so what link did you place on your 3CX end?
If multiple site were used, did you use comma to to seperate it, for example :
