Different onhold music for different incoming lines

Hi Folks,

I'm not sure if this is possible, hopefully someone can help out?

I am running two different businesses and would like to set up different informative on hold music/branding tunes based on what number the customer rings in on.

I understand how to set up different inbound rules for extensions and digital receptionists but is it possible to set up a rule for different on hold tunes based on what number they called in on?

I appreciate any help!

The way this is normally done is an inbound rule to a queue, which can have it's own MOH.

If the call gets put on hold after it is answered from the queue, the system MOH plays, so may be of limited use.

Queue MOH is only for the waiting time before the agent answer but after that if the agent puts the user on hold, he will hear the system MOH..

For now no 3CX solution to do what you want just as above with Q and during time caller wait being picked up

Currently you can set a different MOH under digital receptionists, Queues, the system main music on hold and under shared parking. You can do a number of combinations using these options but there is automatic way to do what you describe.
