Different Phone versions

Morning,

I have two different phone versions of the software at the moment in my company, one office is running V16 U5 and the other office is running V16 U4. Can't update the other office yet as we don't have the equipment available to do so at this time.

Since we're all working from home, we have people from both of our offices using two terminal servers all mixed together with each other. The office with U5, is having their Windows Client ask to upgrade while the users from the other office on U4 are not being asked.

Can I update the windows clients without having any issues for the V16 U4 people?

Hi,

If you don't see the update available to for users on the U4 machine, then I would suggest to keep the old client temporarily since it works for both. But do plan to upgrade your machine to avoid falling behind on updates. We tested the new Windows client on V16U5 so if anything breaks compatibility with U4 it will not show up on our tests.
