Difficulties with Live Chat

Hello!

Been trying to get live chat up and running this morning on my site, and I get a greyed out/dimmed chat bubble successfully on the website, but it gives me a "not clickable" cursor when I hover over it.

Using Wordpress 6.7.1 on Hostgator, been trying to follow all the guides, etc. included all possible variations I could come up with of the website in the admin console, pointed the plugin at the correct URL (reset and reattempted several times), and I'm at a loss.

Did not include http as I am using SSL exclusively on the site, I believe it would be unnecessary, although I did try it earlier in the morning with no luck.

Tried Safari and Chrome both show the bubble as described above.

Enter the sites as follows:

https://rivervaleylock.com,https://www.rivervaleylock.com

Do not add the page paths. Only the base site URL. Add both variants to make sure.

Aha, that looks like it fixed it, thank you. Rookie mistake!
