Digital Receptionist - Direct extensions

I use extensions with 4 digits, but in freepbx used 3 digits, in 3cx I will use 4 digits, but I did set that extensions with SIP ID to 3 digits for use both them sets

Is possible config a digital receptionist to accept extensions from different digits?

that is to say, If I'll change the parameter " IVR_DIRECT_DIALING_GRAMMAR " with this [0-9]{3-4}

Is correct the config that accept extensions with 3 & 4 digits?

You may find yourself running into problems trying to mix extensions of different lengths. It is all well and good to "allow" the SIP ID to be dialled, and in turn reach a four digit extension, but there is no guarantee that it will work universally. I can't say, as I've never tested it. I would not be changing any parameters to accommodate the 3 digit extensions unless you keep track of what you have done, so that it can be changed back if unforeseen behaviour is discovered in the future.
