Digital Receptionist - display on destination phone

Hi,

We have installed 3CX and are really happy with everything so far. The business would like to use a basic Digital Receptionist but i cannot find where we can append the caller ID so that if an inbound caller chooses option 2 which is 'Accounts', then when the extension rings, the phone display should really give an indication that it was the accounts option that was pressed.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Use a ring group and append caller ID for the group name.. then route "2" from the tree to ring that group.. even if it only has one member it can help.
