I checked, System, Updates, IVR (downloaded English)

I dial the internal Digital Reception, (1 dial by name, 2 leave us message)
I press "1"
Digital Reception: First name 1, last name 2
I press "1"
I type in my first name - For "Greeting Name" press 2
I press "2"

Call goes straight to voicemail.

This is not desired behavior, I want the phones to ring! System is debian - 18.0 (Build 312) Update 7

Hi @TipandRing I wonder if every extension recorded the self authentication message?

Dial for example 999 if you are using 3 digits extension then press 9 for more option and 5 to record the self authentication message with the user name and last name.

Once saved, then try to use one more time the option Dial by Name.

Tested extesion has 'mailbox owers name prompt' AND 'full greeting' Both greetings are there. I stated that the digitial reception DID use my %recorded mailbox name, e.g. SHE said to me: "For %recorded name Press 2" I press 2 and I get the extensions voicemail with no ring. No one is on that phone at the time, Status of user is AVAILABLE.

Extension is online/registered, not in DND, or blocking calls?

Set PBX to verbose mode and replicate, then check logs.

@TipandRing I wonder if you can call between extensions? or is just the issue with the dial by name feature with the IVR?

Also validate that under settings ---- system prompts ---- check that the default prompt is updated.
