Hi,
I have setup a digital receptionist which operates like: Press 1 for x, press 2 for y....etc.
If you call the DR from an internal extension, it all works fine, no probs.
However, if you call it from an external number (via VOIP-ON), none of the callers inputs are registered on the DR. If you press 1 for x, it does not do anything.
Any Ideas or suggestions?

Also, i am at a loss to get my old sipgate number working with 3CX. It says its all registerecd on both 3CX and sipgate, but no incoming calls are accepted. Always says to me down the phone that the user is not accepting calls at present. Again, any help would be much appreciated. I've done all the normal things....STUN, RTP servers, proxy, register...etc

Cheers!

Have someone call through to a you when you're using an extension phone, then have them press a few buttons and see if you can hear the tones?

Can you make outgoing calls? What do the 3CX logs show when an incoming call is presented to 3CX? Perhaps you could post them.

Check the DTMF tone you are sending from your phone it should be RFC2833 complaint
