Digital Receptionist Issue

Hello Fellow Members
Just got new 3CX Dedicated pro Self Hosted system through Google Cloud. I have added Welcome,On Hold and Out of Office recordings to Digital Receptionist. It works all good however intermittently it stops working. When someone calls our Phone number it only rings for 1 second on 3CX App and then it fails.
Any help will be appreciated

What phone are u using the 3cx app on? Iphone 5s or bellow wont work, android 4.4 kitkat or bellow wont work.

I am using iphone 12. It starts to work ok but after 10-15 hours it stops. Phone rings only for 1-2 seconds and diaconnects. However it keeps on ringing from caller side

try and re-install the app, if that doesnt work u might have to factory reset ur phone! (this happened to me once)
