Hi all,
Got a head scratcher I can't figure out.
I'm using the system hosted by 3CX for my shop operations. I have two DIDs that ring to everyone after a greeting by the digital receptionist, and I'm trying to setup a DID that rings to my extension and skips the digital receptionist. I would have thought this would be very simple by just creating an inbound rule that sends that DID to my extension, but it's not working. When my 'personal' number is called, it hits the digital receptionist, still, and then goes silent, as if it has nowhere to go, then after about 30 seconds, it goes to the general voicemail. I've tried deleting all my inbound rules, digital receptionist, ring groups, etc. and rebuilding, and it still does the same thing. It's very strange, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
My SIP provider is Flowroute and all my DIDs come through a single trunk.
