Hello Everyone,
I have my digital receptionist set up and working properly. However, I'm trying to up the level of professionalism, by it giving prompts(single digit input) and allowing for EXT to be inputted by the caller as well! I'm still trying to get a better understanding, of the different "types" that you can set and use.
From what I've gathered so far, DTMF and standard wouldn't be the options to use? It seems like script would be the best choice, to try and achieve this effect maybe?
Just wanted to see if anyone else has this setup currently or could lend some advice on getting it established?
\Thanks a bunch
