digital receptionist recording .wav file

Hi, I have recorded a .wav file and uploaded it to the digital receptionist section. is there a way to adjust the volume on it a bit higher? or do i need to re record it in a higher volume?

I have never heard of any padding adjustments in 3CX, only in digital to analogue devices, such as sets, or gateways. You will probably have to re-record at a higher level.

what is what i thought. thank you.. will just use a wave editor program to boost up the volume..
