Digital Receptionist Repeating with input

My 3CX v15 setup has incoming calls going into a DR that can allow transfers to a department, or a "Dial extension" option. Whenever someone dials any extension the system repeats the DR prompt over and over until we set it up to send the call to the receptionist after a timeout of 1 second.

How can I get dial by extension working again?

First, dial the DR extension directly from an internal extension and see if you can get where needed. It may be a DTMF issue.
