Digital Receptionist with sub menus

Hey all. Im new to configuring 3cx. I have one hosted locally. Im wanting to set up a menu with two options, both with their separate sub DR trees. We want one tree for new clients, and one for returning clients, both with their own options. Im not seeing this as an option in the 3CX DR settings. I see where I can go to different extensions, and that each DR setting has its own extension, but I cannot have one menu select another's extinction. That extension doesnt come up as an option. Is this something I absolutely need Call Flow for?

I feel ridiculous. There is a menu option for that I wasnt seeing, in the DR options. Whoops.
