i need support for fixing some issues with DR. when i call to my number DR is responding with the welcome tune.
Afterward, when i press the digit according to the DR tune Call is not redirected to the destination Phone welcome tune is continued.
For example, 011491xxxx is the number,i dial from my mobile phone 1st responding with a welcome tune in Arabic and press 9 welcome tune
responding in English.
i have the setting if anybody pres 1- 6 it should be go ring group.
when i pressed 1,2,3,4,5,6. it's not going to ring group anymore . how can I fix this issue?


Updated: Digital receptionist and ring group is working Except for incoming call from stc . no problem with Saudia Arabia
Other operators like zain,mobily etc.

Which SIP trunk provider are you using? Perhaps it would be best to report this issue to them as they may have an issue with calls coming from stc.

Dear Mr.Yiannish.
The Sip trunk provider is STC.I complained to them yesterday. They said you have to change your modem.
anyhow thanks for your reply.
