Hello Guys,
we have been trying to solve this issue for a few days now, but can't find the issue.
Some Information:
3CX Hosted 4SC PRO
1 Trunk with 1 Main Number and 2 DiD
2 Extensions: 2001, 2002
No Ring Groups
No IVR
No Call queue
--> There are no visible Logs after trying to call extension 2001
The extension is online and provisioned and can do outbound calls without a problem!

2001 is assigned to xxx1791
2002 is assigned to xxx1790
Both extensions have the outbound Number xxx1790. (which is always calling out with anoymous, but that seems to be caused by the non supported provider)
All outgoing Calls are working fine, but if we're or a customer tries to directly call to extension 2001 (xxx1791), the call instantly gets forwared to extension 2002 for some reason. This is happening with internal and external calls. If extension 2002 is on DnD, the call instantly goes to the 2002 voicemail (as it should)
Here are the forwarding rules from extension 2001:

Inbound Rules:
2002:

2001:

We have also checked the providers settings in the web portal and there are no redirections or anything else.
Again, outgoing calls from extension 2001 are working fine and everything is good, but we really don't know why the incoming calls to 2001 aren't ringing at that extension and get forwarded instantly..
Maybe we still oversee something here, hope someone could help us out.
Thanks again,
Best
Marcus
