I am having an issue with Direct SIP calls. We use another phone system besides 3CX at another location and I am trying to give the ability for users on the other phone system to transfer a call to an extension on our 3CX system directly via a Direct SIP call.
Under network settings > FQDN, I enabled the " Allow calls from/to external SIP URIs" feature.
Calls are then coming in with a INVITE from the other system, I see it in the activity logs, but its saying "[CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification".
Now, the weird thing is, it worked for a bit then it stopped working.
From my understanding, I can only set "source identification" in a SIP Trunk, but there is no trunk for a Direct SIP call coming in - so I am confused how I can resolve this?
