Hi, I'm trying to add 3CX SIP to my Netcomm NF20MESH router. I've successfully inputting extensions username and password along with SIP address ([subdomain].3cx.com.au) however 3CX's logs tells me error "Block WAN Request is on". I don't get the point of this, how am I meant to add my VOIP Gateway bridges to connect my DECT phones. I don't have a grand network to do fancy hosting stuff hence why I'm using cloud 3cx.

I've tried googling answer but everything that I've read is inaccurate and and the options no longer exist.

I should add my ISP has given me a static IP and I've inputted it as a whitelist but no luck still

You need an SBC for external phones.

@bitn2 Can I run this on an Android tablet? Our business operates in a car so we have no space for computer or one of those pies thingies

I just want to disable wan blocki g like you can on previous versions. Those sbc stuff is not possible with our setup. If version 29 won't allow. It, I will reinstall to a older insecure version. Those pie things are expensive on my country so we don't do that method either and as above no room in car for the computers

@bitn2 Do I install version. 19 or olders

No, thats not the way to go. You can use routerphones as sbc in your case or any computer, no tablets. If this also isnt an option you need to find another pbx for your business.

I will downgrade to older version. We like 3cx phone app and moving pbx to hard. Insecure version better than Pbx that won't connect via sip

That doesnt work with your licence... Read my post above. Thats the only way to go.

Insecure version better than Pbx that won't connect via sip. Your blocking wan is stupid

Again, that wont work. Your Licence is on v20. There is no way back.

Exploit available on pirate bay. We use it

Oh man.... dont ask any questions here again... Such a stupid stuff.

Why remove standardised connection method. That is the stupid stuff

Maybe you should have a look for another solution... 3cx isnt the right pbx for you.
