Disable Blind Transfer and Auto-Provision

My phones (yealink T46S) have an option to disable blind transfering. Auto-Provision is stepping over this setting and turning it back to enabled.

Is there any work around to keeping certain settings but still being able to use auto-provision?

Hi @pcmis

Yes and no. Yes because you can create a custom template and leave that option out or configure it as you want it and No because custom templates are not supported by 3CX and you will need to maintain and adjust them each time there is an update. Also if you ever face any issues the 3CX support will ask you to revert to the default template before they can assist you.

thanks...where can I try these custom templates? if its just one setting, it should be that big of a deal to update.
