Disable Conference extension in 3CX

Hi ,

I am using 3cx Version 18 update 3.

Can anyone advise how can I disable the conference extension 700 in 3CX ?

Not sure if you can disable it

You can change the number - Settings -> Conferencing -> Audio

Hi Saqqara, Thanks for the suggestion. The reason for disabling the conference extension is that i would like to prevent the users from forwarding to the conference extension. currently, from the 3CX mobile app, user is able to forward to conference extension using the System Extension. Please see below.

Even if i change the conference extension number, user is still able to forward to conference extension.
