Disable conferencing

Unusual request, but is there a way to disable conferencing?

Video and Audio.

I am sure there used to be an option under User Options, but the only thing I can think of is to delete the Web meeting FQDN in Parameters?

You can uncheck under click2talk/click2meet that will disable some functionality.

I tried that but looks like you can still schedule a conference and manually set up and ad-hoc

well when I try, Im unable to start a video conference or schedule one. I can only do an audio.

Actually you still get the screen to start a conference but then it has a line at the bottom that it's disabled. I though it would block the screen completely!
