Solved Disable E-Mail notification

Hi,
Is it possible to disable E-Mail notification
"3CX Notification: Change in your Public IP Address - 3cx.XX.XX. 3CX has detected that your Public IP Address has changed to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX"?
I remember that it's not possible in v16. What about v18?

All event notifications are specified from the management console > Settings > Email Settings

cant see one for WAN changing, so i'll guess and say no.

Hi @Portatip0,

All email notification settings are available in the Management Console under Settings >> Email >> Notifications. The notification you're receiving is due to you using the dynamic IP address option and it changing.

We use dynamic IP adress and this generetes a lot of e-mail messeges. Thank you for answers.
