Disable features on 3CX Softphone

Is there a way to disable some of the features within the 3CX Softphone for Windows. Example from the switchboard, everyone appears to have the pulldown option for user/receptionist/manager/q-manager/wallboard. We only want the users to see the users. Yes they only have security settings as a user.

Is there ways to disable some of the configuration settings.

Not show Recordings, Advanced Settings, Themes, Import Contacts, etc...

Kind of like Group policy for Windows???

Hi There

You can limit the extension from seeing its recordings, this is done by unticking the 'Show Call Recordings' check box from the extensions settings '3CXPhone' tab within the management console. You can also hide forwarding rules.

The other features though can not be disabled.
