Disable Keytones ?

Hi,

is it possible to disable the Keytones on Yealink handsets on 3CX (the beep you heard as you press each digit when entering a number) ?

There is an option in the handset to disable them but I believe this will be overwritten each day as the handset is re-provisioned and I can't find an option in the 3CX itself.

Hi @PaulCFT the parameter by default is enabled in the template, it is not possible to change, it will need custom template which it is not supported.

features.send_key_tone = 0
