Solved Disable OPUS codec in 3CX Version 18

Hi,

I am using 3CX version 18. In the codec settings, OPUS is one of the codecs.

is there anyway to disable the OPUS codec from the list so that it will not appear in the SDP message body ?

What is the exact scenario that you'd like the OPUS to not appear on the SDP message body? Do you mean for incoming calls or outgoing calls etc?

Hi Vasilis,

Pls ignore this issue. Initially, my IP Phone was rejecting the incoming calls due to the OPUS code. but after i have upgraded the phone's firmware, this issue was resolved.

Glad to hear it @Kwang Mien! For anyone else reading, it is always advised to update to the latest firmware and PBX version.
