Is there a way to disable Queue voicemail? We will randomly get notifications of Voicemails going to certain queues. In the call logs it seems to show an agent transferring to voicemail for the queue. We would like to disable this option.

Have you got "voicemail box for extension <QUEUE EXT>" set up in your Q?

Thank you for the suggestion, but no they are not set to that. I have all the queues either to end call after 7200 seconds, or transfer to another queue in case the queue is empty. I do have a couple set to play an after hours IVR message from the digital receptionist if no one is in queue.

What does the 3CX Activity Log show, for how the call is routing into the VM destination, it ends up in?

Does it need to be in Verbose to capture what your looking for? Medium isn't showing much.

Verbose should not be necessary to simply see the routing, and destination of a call. If the Queue is not set to use a voice mailbox, then why the call is getting there should be shown. Post the log, "X"ing out part of any PSTN phone numbers, or your FQDN, if you are unsure about what it is telling you.

After some testing, it looks like these are being done by agents in queue. When getting ready to transfer to another queue if needed, I can type the extension of the queue, and the option for group voicemail comes up under the extension. I transferred it to the group voicemail for the Testing queue, and received the same notification we've been seeing, only for the Testing queue. I think this is being done by agents by accident, or on purpose. Is there any way to disable that option for group voicemail?
