Disable silence option on Yealink phone

Before I ask this on a Yealink forum.

Is it possible to disable the silence opion on a yealink handset from the 3CX hosted PBX? Client is having the issue where staff are silencing calls all the time and missing calls all together.

They have also asked if there is a way to enforce a certain ring volume on the phones so that we could possibly set a specific volume that will be enough for them to hear, but not too loud that keeps encouraging them to hit silence all the time.

This is device specific meaning that if the user mute the phone ringing this will not be changed from the PBX.
