Solved Disable the click to call feature in Chrome

Customer wants to use the chrome extension but not the click to call. How do I remove this feature as they dont want numbers to be clickable.

In case anyone else reading this was wondering, you can unselect the "Convert phone numbers..." setting in the extension options of the web browser:

I don't see this option in the 3CX Chrome Extension, version 10.10.
These are my only options.

Customer is running 16.0.641 so it seems?

The latest 3CX Extension will most probably work on that version but I would suggest upgrading to the latest 3CX version (16.0.8.9) once you get a chance and while downtime is tolerable.

Yes! The new extension works with their current version. Next week we are planning to update the 3CX PBX. But for now they can still use this functionality with the browser extension.
