Disable voicemail * option

Is it possible to prevent users from pressing * to leave a voicemail.

I know we can record a new message that doesn't say that but if they know about it they can still do it.

Regarding your question, it’s not possible to remove the option I’m afraid. The solution is have users record their own Vmail greetings. Although if someone knows about the option then it can still be used.
