Disable volume control

Hello,
for our business we use the 3CX VoIP Phone.
We would need to disable the volume controls on the Ringing tab.
does anyone know how to do that? is there some kind of registry key related? I tried to find it but had no luck! :shock:

I'd be glad if someone could help me...
