Disable WebAccess

Good morning,

I wanted to ask if there was a way to disable access to the Web App/Smartphone App for unattended users (intercoms, alarms, etc.).

I'm experiencing a situation where access to an unattended account has been compromised (it's unclear how), and we're considering the best security solution (locking to O365, disabling the app, or disabling access with an extension), but I'm not sure which of these is possible.

I'm available for any further information.

Two factor Authentication - you should have this for all, but even if you enable it for the unattended and auth them with the admins phone just so they get set, that would block any access to them if the credentials get leaked.

This is exactly what I've been telling my manager for the past week.....
Thanks for confirming what I was thinking.
His "problem" is the idea of having all users configure MFA (not all of whom have company smartphones, so it would be better to use a browser plugin or similar).
